1. Booking Process & Confirmation
Customers must provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, license plate) and select an available time slot.
A booking is only confirmed upon successful payment, and a confirmation email/App notification will be sent.
Customers must ensure the selected time slot aligns with their availability; failure to be present may result in
forfeiture of the booking.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, digital wallets (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay), and other
approved options.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the paid rate.
- In case of payment failure, the booking will not be processed until payment is completed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
a) Customer Cancellation:
- Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- 50% refund if canceled between 6–24 hours before the service.
- No refund if canceled less than 6 hours before the service or in case of a no-show.
b) Rescheduling:
- One free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 12 hours before the appointment.
- Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.
c) Service Provider Cancellation:
- If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff unavailability), customers will
receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
4. Service Execution
a) Customer Responsibilities:
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location.
- Remove all personal belongings before the service; we are not liable for lost or damaged items.
- Disclose any special requirements (e.g., sensitive paint, aftermarket modifications).
b) Service Provider Rights:
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is excessively dirty, damaged, or poses a safety hazard.
- If the customer is abusive or violates safety protocols.
- If the vehicle is not present at the scheduled time, the booking may be canceled without refund.
5. Liability & Damages
- We take utmost care during the service, but we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing scratches, dents, or mechanical issues.
- Damage caused by improper prior repairs or modifications.
- Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
- In cases of extreme weather (heavy rain, storms, etc.), we may reschedule or refund the booking.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions) exempt us from liability for
service delays or cancellations.
7. Privacy & Data Security
- Personal data (name, contact, payment details) is collected solely for service fulfillment.
- We do not share customer data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Payment details are encrypted and processed via secure gateways.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Any disputes shall first be resolved via customer support.
- Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation or legal proceedings.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Oman.
9. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of major changes.
- Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Customer Premise Access
- By accepting the terms and conditions, the Customer provides permission and access to their premises or
parking area for the car wash/clean as specified in the package they selected, in order to complete the required
tasks.
11. Washing Method
We do not use high-pressure washing machines. Instead, we use a controlled hand-pump and Portable spray system
designed to safely clean your car without risking paint damage.
12. Contact & Support
By proceeding with a booking, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and
Conditions.
