Customers must provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, license plate) and select an available time slot.

A booking is only confirmed upon successful payment, and a confirmation email/App notification will be sent.

Customers must ensure the selected time slot aligns with their availability; failure to be present may result in forfeiture of the booking.

We do not use high-pressure washing machines. Instead, we use a controlled hand-pump and Portable spray system designed to safely clean your car without risking paint damage.
